Matt has over 28 years of experience in the real estate development world.  Matt joined Cameron Group in 2002 as a retail leasing specialist with experience of leasing the power centers and the construction of Palisades Center for the Pyramid Companies. Matt has extensive construction and design experience, developed at the Pyramid Companies and continuing at Cameron.  Matt was a leasing partner on Cameron’s Bayonne Crossing and Fingerlakes Crossing projects.  In the greater Louisville market Matt has started the development process on several projects including Cameron’s mixed-use project outside the gate of Fort Knox, Wilson Gate Town Center.  He has been responsible for land acquisition, public financing (TIF), construction financing, planning and zoning, and development plan approvals for this and other projects.  

Matt graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego in 1997 with a BA in political science.  Matt relocated to Louisville, KY where his wife grew up.  Matt and his wife, Katie, have 4 kids, Carter (19), Caroline (17), Thomas (15), and Hayes (13).  He enjoys golf and keeping up with his kid’s sports careers.
