Kevin Langan has over 25 years experience in shopping center leasing and development. He joined Cameron Group in 2006 and was instrumental in implementing the small shop lease strategy at Bayonne Crossing. Kevin is the leasing partner for Township 5 a 500,000 SF mixed use center in Syracuse, NY and has been responsible for a large portion of leasing in this project. He is also sponsor partner for South Road Crossing in Poughkeepsie, NY and the Wellnow center’s in Bradford and St Mary’s, PA, being integral to acquisition, right to build and all leasing and marketing. Kevin was previously the sponsor partner for Wellnow projects in Rome, Watertown and Fulton NY. Kevin’s focus and drive is a key attribute to his success in both leasing and development.

Prior to joining Cameron Group Kevin worked for Pyramid Companies and specifically focused on specialty leasing for Palisades Center in West Nyack, NY.

Kevin is a member of the International Council Of Shopping Centers.

Kevin lives with his wife and 2 kids in Sparkill, NY where he volunteers for the local lacrosse program.
