Joe Goethe is the Founder and Principal of Cameron Group LLC, a real estate development company headquartered in Camillus, New York. Established in 2001, Cameron Group LLC specializes in acquiring, developing, redeveloping, leasing, and managing retail and mixed-use properties.

Joseph Goethe has been instrumental in directing the company's leasing efforts and overseeing construction projects. Joe is instrumental in finding new projects and has the keen ability to see raw land and the potential possibilities relative to a specific market. He played a key role in the development of Township 5, guiding the project from initial design through construction and financing. Prior to founding Cameron Group LLC, Joseph worked for ten years at Pyramid Management Group, eventually becoming director of leasing,

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Managerial Economics from Union College.

He lives in Skaneateles with his wife, Diana and two sons, Alex and Drew. He enjoys the outdoors, particularly skiing in the mountains and boating on the lake. During the summer, you will find him enjoying a glass of wine at the grill, hosting friends and family.
