Along with company-owned properties, Cameron Group also leases and manages third party properties. They can identify a portfolio strategy and implement a successful plan for increasing occupancy and net operating income. Cameron provides on-site management services in all areas required for the daily operation and maintenance of the shopping center including security services, maintenance, utility management, marketing and capital project budgeting. The Company will manage the entire revenue process including all tenant billings and collections, the annual reconciliation process and disposition of problem tenants. Additionally, the Company will prepare all operating budgets and cash flow projections.
